Festival Eateries Awards

There's a category for everyone in this year's Festival Eateries competition, with categories including best snack, best international dish and even best full-menu. Even if you've not worked with watercress much, now's your chance to give it a whirl. Previous winning innovations have included delights such as Watercress Walnut and Goat's Cheese Muffins, Watercress Bhaji in Green Peppers and Watercress Roulade with 'Hansus Cottage' Goat's Cheese & I.O.W. Garlic. Delicious!
Entering is totally FREE - simply look out for the entry form in the April issue of Wykeham Life. Winners will be announced and presented with their awards live on stage at the festival on Sunday 11th May.
