We have tried to answer the most frequently asked questions on this page, but if you can't find what you are looking for please contact us.

The festival itself is in a street location with pavements, ramps and facilities. We have secured a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter on the main stage this year. Please do be aware that there is very limited Blue Badge parking.

One of the local playgroups provides baby change facilities and a seating area where you can feed your baby in Station Road.

Yes, we are a dog-friendly festival and will provide water at the information desk.  Well-behaved dogs are welcome on Mid Hants Railway between Ropley Park and Ride and Alresford.  However, dogs are not allowed to travel on the coach shuttle service. Please do be aware that the festival does get busy and it is sometimes difficult to walk through the main streets so may not be suitable for all dogs.

Are available at many retail outlets, coffee shops and festival traders in Broad Street.  Some shops take part in the water refill scheme.

The Cavalcade marks the official opening at 10:00hrs but trading may start at 09:30hrs.  The festival must close at 16:00hrs.

Access to the festival via Stagecoach Bus is on route 64 from Alton or Winchester.  There is a diversion as West Street is closed.  Please see the Stagecoach website for timetable and details.

The timetable for the MHR shuttle between Ropley & Alresford can be found here.  A coach service shuttle will operate on a rolling basis from 0900hrs with 3 coaches at peak times.

The free festival open to all with no tickets required.  The only charge is parking and of course your own personal spend.
