Applications are now CLOSED for the 2024 festival & due to the number of applications received, we are sorry, but late applications will not be considered.
A sub committee met on 5th February and reviewed every application, over the next 10 days all successful applicants have been notified. If you have applied and not heard from us please do check spam or contact us.
We will open for applications to trade at the 2025 festival in mid November 2024 and will close on 31 January. We will aim to keep pitch fees the same - for information trader fees for a 3m x 3m pitch in 2024 are:
- £60 - Charity pitch
- £150 - Selling goods or food/drink to take home
- £200 - Selling food or drink to be consumed at the festival
