Standard pitches are marked out as 3x3m areas and all traders should provide their own gazebo, tables etc. The pitches sold at this festival are a marked space only.
Due to the layout of the town there are some random size pitches available. These are caused by bus stops, access roads and laybys so are very limited. If you apply for one of these pitches and are not sucessful in securing that pitch the committee will consider your application for a standard area. Please check your confirmation email to ensure you are happy.
A. Standard Trader - Regular Pitch
A 3m x 3m space. Gazebo & furniture to be provided by yourselves. No power. Selling goods or food to be taken home only.

B. Standard Trader - Midsize Pitch
A 4.5 x 3 m space. Gazebo & furniture to be provided by yourselves. No power. Selling goods to be taken home not for consumption at festival.

C. Standard Trader - Double Pitch
2 pitches selling different items ie family traders. No power. Provide own Gazebo & furniture

D. Food/Drink - Standard Pitch
Standard trader - a 3 x 3m space. Cover and furniture to be provided by yourselves. No power Selling food or drink to be consumed at the festival

Limited - 1 pitch in Broad Street/1 in Station Road for Ice Cream. Food & Drink for consumption on the day. Slight odd size 4.5 m x 3 m

Large open space - 2 traders max. Selling only coffee/cakes or ice cream in the Ropley Park & Ride area. No power
