2022 Runner Up of Masterchef The Professionals, Charlie Jeffreys currently works as Senior Chef de Partie at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. 

He has a long history with watercress, enjoying it since his childhood thanks to his family’s link to The Watercress Company. 

Starting his career at Yalbury Cottage in Dorchester, the 24 year old has achieved impressive things in his young career and is certainly a chef to watch!
