Stephen Greer

Stephen Greer is the founder of Black Bear Honey Co., producing non-alcoholic cold-brewed sparkling teas made with pure British honey from hives in West Berkshire and Hampshire. A head brewer and beekeeper with a creative spirit, Stephen combines his passions for brewing and beekeeping to craft distinctive drinks that showcase the natural flavour of honey and botanicals.

Beekeeping became an important part of Stephen’s journey towards better mental health and, after giving up alcohol, he began experimenting with non-alcoholic drinks — ultimately leading to the creation of Black Bear Honey Co. Today the business has grown from local markets to food festivals across the country and recently secured its first national retail listing, with a range of sparkling cold-brewed teas including Classic Green Tea & Honey, Apple & Chamomile, and Pear & Elderflower.
