Tom Younger (big tom) and Thomas “Lampy” Lampitt are part of the talented culinary team at Lainston House, where they share a passion for bold flavours and cooking with fire.
Tom Younger, Junior Sous Chef at the hotel’s Wellhouse restaurant, trained at The MET in Brighton before starting his career in a patisserie bakery. Today he specialises in cooking over fire and smoke, championing local ingredients and creating rich, satisfying dishes packed with flavour.
